Local buildings. Regional perspective.
Headquartered in Singapore, Conservation Dwelling works across Asian markets where property, hospitality and cultural context intersect.
Our foundation.
Conservation Dwelling was established in Singapore in 2012.
Our experience in property management, conserved real estate, commercial repositioning and hospitality-oriented management provides the foundation for our regional activities.
Singapore remains our corporate and management base as we develop hospitality and adaptive-reuse capabilities across Asia.

Conservation through hospitality.
Japan has one of Asia's richest inventories of traditional architecture — and a growing challenge in determining how many of these buildings remain economically relevant.
Conservation Dwelling works at the intersection of this challenge and opportunity.
We develop adaptive-reuse and hospitality strategies for traditional, heritage and underutilised properties.
Our approach combines property assessment, hospitality concept development, commercial positioning, guest experience and operating strategy.
We seek to work with property owners, developers, municipalities, regional revitalisation organisations, architects, tourism organisations and hospitality partners.

Beyond the building.
We are particularly interested in projects where individual properties can contribute to the revitalisation of a wider neighbourhood or destination.
Accommodation can become the starting point for connections with local food, crafts, culture, businesses and communities — creating economic activity beyond the walls of the property itself.
A growing regional relationship.
South Korea forms part of Conservation Dwelling's developing regional hospitality and business activities.
We are exploring opportunities where our experience in property repositioning, hospitality operations and place-led concepts can contribute to distinctive accommodation and hospitality projects.
